Position Overview

Feroze Power is searching for an energetic and ambitious Import & Tender Coordinator to join our expanding team. In this role, you will identify business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. You will represent Feroze Power's product line, maintain in-depth product knowledge, and focus on turning prospects into satisfied customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and manage documentation related to tenders and imports in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and monitor tender and import operations to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and relevant departments for smooth handling of tender and import processes.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems for all tender and import documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and applicable regulations during tendering and import operations.
  • Provide periodic updates and reports to management on ongoing tenders and import activities.
  • Assist in resolving documentation discrepancies or issues with concerned authorities or departments.

Requirements:

  • Minimum B.Com.
  • At least 2 years of proven experience in documentation procedures and practices.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications (particularly MS Word and MS Excel).
  • Excellent English reading, comprehension, and communication skills to handle official documents.
