About
the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive
Office and Talent Acquisition Coordinator
to help us build and nurture a
world-class team in Pakistan
. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping Mous' growth in Pakistan, driving exceptional employee experiences from recruitment and onboarding to engagement and office operations.

Please note that this role will be situated at our office in Lahore (Upper Mall), working on-site from Monday-Thursday, with Friday being an optional WFH day. The normal working hours will be 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM PKT.

People & Culture
team. Working closely with our global People & Culture team, you'll help attract, onboard, and support outstanding talent, ensuring our HR processes and workspace run seamlessly. You'll be central to creating an environment where people feel inspired, valued, and empowered to do their best work.

Key
Responsibilities:
Talent & Recruitment Support

  • Actively source, headhunt, and engage high-quality candidates across a range of roles; manage Job postings on hiring platforms, outreach, scheduling, and coordination to help us attract top talent and build an exceptional team in Pakistan.
  • Support the hiring journey end-to-end from crafting offers and preparing contracts to coordinating seamless onboarding experiences for new joiners.
  • Ensure excellence in people operations by maintaining accurate, up-to-date candidate and employee documentation across all HR systems.

Onboarding & HR Operations

  • Manage onboarding logistics, creating Microsoft accounts, assigning equipment, and updating our HR software platform.
  • Ensure a seamless first-day experience, including welcome messages and introductions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and trackers on internal HR systems.

Office & Procurement Management

  • Handle procurement requests for laptops, headsets, and office equipment.
  • Coordinate setup, delivery, and maintenance of assets; update the Asset Log.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently.
  • Conduct periodic health and safety checks and ensure workspace readiness.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Help organise team socials, celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Maintain birthday and work anniversary calendars and coordinate recognition moments.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture aligned with Mous values

  • Recruitment Efficiency: Meeting hiring timelines with strong candidate quality and engagement.
  • Onboarding Experience: Smooth, structured onboarding with positive new-joiner feedback.
  • Operational Accuracy: Timely and precise management of HR records and office logistics.
  • Employee Engagement: Positive participation and feedback from engagement initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Strong communication and coordination with the global People & Culture team.


Skills requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or office management is desirable (1–2 years preferred).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys working with people.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with HR and productivity tools.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a "get things done" attitude.
