About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our People team. This is a junior-level position ideal for someone who has 1–2 years of hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating recruitment processes. The role will provide exposure to working on full-cycle recruitment while closely supporting senior recruiters and HR business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the end-to-end recruitment process for junior and mid-level roles.
  • Source potential candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, databases, etc.).
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage candidate communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support the creation and posting of job descriptions across various platforms.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and applicant databases.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and career fair participation.
  • Provide support on onboarding activities for new hires when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
