Core Responsibilities

  • Daily Monitoring & Reporting for Food Safety Hazards & Incidents
  • Ensure timely Corrective and Preventive actions are taken
  • Carry out Food Safety Audits & Conduct Formal Closure of Incident Reports
  • Maintain Food Safety Dashboard
  • Conduct Compliance meetings with cross functional stakeholders
  • Provide Training Sessions to Management Staff & Workforce
  • Implementation of SOPs / PRPs / other Food Safety requirements
  • Liaison with internal Team for standardized process implementation
  • Liaison with Cross Functional Team for Budgeted Items Implementation & any additional requirement
  • Develop SOPs & records for effective implementation
  • Take initiatives for building a Food Safety Culture
  • Liaison with Certification Bodies for Annual Audits
  • Ensure Food Regulatory Compliance
  • Close Customer Complaints for Food Safety through CAPA
  • Effectively participate in OHS Compliance and recommend improvement actions

Preferred Qualifications

  • MSc/B.E Food Sciences/ Food Technology
  • 5 Years of experience in FMCG in Audit & Compliance Role

  • FSSC 22000 Certification
  • Strong writing and Documentation skills
