We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid campaigns for our real estate projects in Pakistan, GCC, UK, USA, and Canada. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
You will be responsible for:
- Setting up, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube).
- Monitoring daily budgets, CPC, and conversion metrics across multiple countries.
- Conducting keyword research and competitor analysis to ensure cost-effective targeting.
- Creating, testing, and refining ad copy, extensions, and landing pages for higher conversion rates.
- Implementing audience segmentation, device targeting, and scheduling optimizations.
- Preparing weekly performance reports and insights for management.
- Coordinating with the sales/lead team to ensure lead quality and ROI.
- Managing and updating Google Tag Manager & Analytics for proper conversion tracking.

Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns (real estate sector preferred).
- Strong skills in keyword research, bid strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and conversion tracking setup.
- Ability to analyze data and make actionable recommendations.
- Familiarity with landing page optimization (Elementor/WordPress a plus).
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
