About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and independent
Google Ads Specialist

with strong media buying expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google and YouTube ad campaigns to drive measurable results. You'll have the freedom to think independently, experiment with strategies, and make data-driven decisions that maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage
    Google Search, Display, and YouTube ad campaigns

.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to inform strategies.
- Optimize campaigns for
CPC, CPL, CAC, and ROAS

while ensuring budget efficiency.
- Develop media buying strategies tailored to campaign objectives.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated on
Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices

.
- Work independently to test new ideas, strategies, and tools for campaign success.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of at least 2 years as a
    Google Ads Specialist

or
Media Buyer

.
- Strong knowledge of
Google Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and related platforms

.
- Demonstrated ability to run and scale high-performing ad campaigns.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize accordingly.
- Independent thinker who can strategize and execute without constant direction.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Experience with
    conversion tracking tools

(Google Tag Manager, GA4).
- Familiarity with paid ads across multiple channels (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Previous agency experience is a plus.
