Salary: 80K-100K

The Marketing Department oversees campaigns for both in-house and client brands, and we're now hiring a talented Google Ads Specialist to join our on-site team.

Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Google Ads Specialist to design, launch, and refine paid advertising campaigns across various industries (HR, SaaS, transport, recruitment, and more). Working alongside the Marketing Manager, you'll ensure campaigns are structured effectively, deliver measurable ROI, and stay aligned with broader business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, oversee, and fine-tune Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
  • Carry out detailed keyword research and maintain accurate keyword lists, including negatives.
  • Develop and test compelling ad copy with clear CTAs tailored to campaign goals.
  • Track campaign performance, adjust strategies, and optimize for conversions and cost efficiency.
  • Use Google Analytics, GTM, and Looker Studio to monitor and analyze results.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team on landing page experiments to increase conversions.
  • Prepare performance updates and reports on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Keep up-to-date with Google Ads features, policy updates, and best practices in the industry.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of direct Google Ads management experience (either agency or client-side).
  • Strong grasp of campaign formats (Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube).
  • Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking.
  • Solid knowledge of keyword strategy, match types, and negative keyword optimization.
  • Data-driven thinker with the ability to translate analytics into actionable strategies.
  • Strong written communication skills for creating high-performing ad copy.
  • Google Ads certifications preferred.
  • Background in B2B advertising or international markets is an advantage.
