Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand messaging strategy, frameworks, and editorial guidelines.
  • Own the content calendar and ensure message consistency across all teams, channels and formats.
  • Lead storytelling initiatives across campaigns, case studies, customer marketing.
  • Oversee all written content for internal and external audiences.
  • Write and maintain brand-aligned copy for website, collateral, and socials.
  • Lead
    SEO-driven content strategy
    (blogs, whitepapers, landing pages).
  • Supervise and guide junior content creators and ensure high-quality outputs across channels.
  • Oversee PR strategy including press releases, awards submissions, analyst/media outreach.
  • Support internal communications and event storytelling.
  • Align tone with product and leadership messaging.
  • Review and update brand messaging quarterly to align with leadership and market shifts.
  • Collaborate with Digital, Creative, and Inside Sales teams to ensure content drives awareness and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years in brand/content strategy, communications or PR roles.
  • Strong storytelling, editing, writing and messaging development skills.
  • Experience leading multi-format content production.
  • Experience in B2B/tech messaging, product and customer marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to simplify technical solutions into compelling narratives.
  • Experience with PR/analyst/media relations preferred.
  • Portfolio of multi-format content (long-form, short-form, press, digital).
  • Comfortable collaborating with other teams.
  • Degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Marketing.
