is Pakistan's largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, startups, and freelancers. We have 16 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5400+ members using our spaces daily.

At Kickstart, we're evolving our brand to match the scale and energy of our community.

We are looking for a
Brand and Design Lead
who can take charge of our visual identity and

giving it life, depth, and consistency.

The Brand and Design Lead will not only craft an identity but also actively infuse it across

everything from campaigns and social content to sales decks and our website.

This role is about defining how Kickstart looks and feels as a brand, and making sure that

direction flows into everything we do.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and evolve Kickstart's visual identity system - layouts, grids, typography, tone,
  • and overall design language.
  • Create design frameworks that make our social media content instantly recognizable.
  • Provide creative direction for campaigns and ensure visual storytelling ties to our
  • brand.
  • Design and deliver campaign assets, social posts, decks, and collaterals, when needed
  • Also work with the design agency to produce designs assets for website, socials, and
  • sales collaterals
  • Introduce motion/animation guidelines and contribute to simple animations when
  • required.

Qualifications

  • 4–6 years of experience in design/branding roles (agency or brand side).
  • Strong portfolio showing work on brand identity systems and executional design work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite + Figma; comfortable with WordPress basics.
  • Experience with motion graphics/animation tools (After Effects, Premiere, or similar).
  • Strong eye for aesthetics, detail, and consistency.
