About the Role
Duration of Internship: 3 months (leading to a trainee program)

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Intern to support our commercial, category, and partner management teams. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in the business side of retail, fashion, or e-commerce — from pricing and performance tracking to assisting with seller relationships and campaign execution.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Growth and Marketing, helping to streamline processes and improve overall performance.

 Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in catalog management, ensuring product listings are accurate, well-tagged, and optimized for performance.

  • Support in data analysis, such as weekly sales reporting, pricing insights, and identifying low-performing SKUs.

  • Help maintain and organize vendor or seller databases, contracts, and contact information.

  • Ensure all product details (titles, prices, SKUs, sizes, images, descriptions) are accurately entered.

  • Follow standard listing templates and maintain data consistency.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and commercial teams for product verification.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new sellers or partners.

  • Assist with campaign execution, including product selection, content support, and tracking results.

  • Perform competitive benchmarking to assess trends in pricing, product mix, and customer experience.

  • Work with the Commercial team to identify growth opportunities for different categories.

 What We're Looking For
  • Students or recent graduates in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields

  • Strong interest in e-commerce, retail, business strategy, or category management

  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with data analysis basics

  • A sharp eye for detail, organization, and timelines

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
