ABOUT THE ROLE
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for existing key vendors, ensuring their needs are met and their experience with LAAM is seamless.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors to foster loyalty and mutual growth.
Regularly check in with vendors to gather feedback, address concerns, and provide support on product listings, sales performance, and overall marketplace experience.
Collaborate with vendors to optimize their product assortment, pricing strategies, and marketing efforts to maximize sales.
Monitor vendor performance metrics (sales, returns, customer feedback) and work with them on improvement plans where needed.
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, such as expanding product categories or participating in promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, customer support) to ensure vendor needs and expectations are consistently met.
Develop and execute retention strategies to minimize churn and enhance vendor satisfaction.
Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews for key accounts, highlighting wins, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide vendors with strategic insights and recommendations.
Skills Required
Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proactive problem-solving mindset, with a customer-centric approach.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with fashion retail dynamics and vendor ecosystems (plus point).
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities efficiently.
Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field.
Additional certifications in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Data Analytics, or Fashion Studies are a plus.
Experience Required
1–3 years of experience in account management, client success, or vendor management.
Experience in the fashion industry or working with online marketplaces is preferred.
Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience using performance data to drive account growth and retention.
