Role Overview

The Manager – Operations will play a strategic leadership role in managing day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with company standards, and aligning operational activities with TeReSol's long-term goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and streamline operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity across departments.

· Implement and monitor company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

· Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

· Develop and execute operational strategies to improve performance and resource utilization.

· Supervise facilities management, logistics, procurement, and administrative functions.

· Ensure smooth execution of operational plans and timely resolution of issues.

· Lead and mentor teams to build a culture of accountability and excellence.

Qualifications & Experience

· Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

· 15–20 years of proven experience in operations and administrative management.

· Experienced retired officers from Civil or Defence backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

· Strong leadership and people management abilities.

· Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

· Solid understanding of governance, compliance, and organizational operations.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Age Limit: Not more than 50 years.
