Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for a Digital Marketing Manager. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee social media marketing, lead generation, and overall digital marketing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include managing online campaigns, analyzing web traffic and engagement metrics, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and generate leads. The role requires close collaboration with the marketing team and other departments to ensure successful marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, display advertising, etc.).
  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.).
  • Plan and oversee paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
  • Perform SEO/SEM activities including keyword research, backlinking, and on-page optimization.
  • Create engaging and high-quality content (blogs, graphics, videos) aligned with brand objectives.
  • Tracking, analyze, and report performance of all digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
  • Optimize user funnels to improve conversions and reduce acquisition cost (CAC).
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with latest digital marketing trends, tools, and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience (2–5 years) in digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email automation.
  • Hands-on experience with digital tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Creative mindset with strong content and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

  • Graphic designing (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Video editing and content creation.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and digital sales funnels.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Digital Marketing.

Salary Range: 100k to 250k
