Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

  2. Manage digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and performance analytics.

  3. Oversee PPC campaigns, budget allocation, and ROI optimization.

  4. Collaborate with creative teams to ensure compelling ad copy and landing pages.

  5. Leverage digital marketing tools like Google Analytics and CRM platforms.

  6. Develop demand generation strategies to drive leads for tutoring services.

  7. Analyze campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to maximize ROI.

  8. Track website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement metrics.

  9. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align digital marketing efforts.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or master's degree in Marketing or related field.

  2. Minimum 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with 1-2 years in a leadership role.

  3. Proven track record in digital growth marketing, lead generation, and performance-driven marketing.

  4. Experience in education or tutoring industry preferred.

Technical Skills:

  1. Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media advertising, and content marketing.

  2. Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.
