Position Overview:

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and quality management standards. The role involves monitoring processes, identifying areas of non-compliance, and recommending corrective actions to safeguard the company's integrity, reputation, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing compliance policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with Total Quality Management (TQM) principles.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure adherence to regulatory and company requirements.
  • Maintain and update compliance records, reports, and documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Support the creation and delivery of compliance-related training sessions to staff.
  • Identify risks and gaps in compliance, propose solutions, and track corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Liaise with relevant departments to ensure compliance across all functions.
  • Stay updated with regulatory changes, quality standards, and best practices in compliance and TQM.
  • Prepare periodic compliance reports and submit them to the management for review.

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Total Quality Management Experience:

Experience: Minimum 1 year (Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply)
