Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Head of HR (calendar management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, expense reporting).
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, presentations, emails, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Act as the first point of contact for the HR Head, screening calls and inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
  • Assist in organizing HR events, town halls, and leadership meetings (logistics, materials, minutes).
  • Support basic HR coordination tasks (help with onboarding schedules, maintaining HR files, assisting with employee communications).
  • Manage internal communication for the HR department, ensuring messages are clear and timely.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
    A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required.
  • Exceptional Command of English:
    Fluent and impeccable spoken and written English is
    non-negotiable
    . You must be able to draft error-free communications and interact confidently.
  • Highly Presentable & Professional:
    A polished appearance and professional etiquette are essential for this front-facing role.
  • Strong Organizational Skills:
    Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
  • Proactive & Eager to Learn:
    A positive, can-do attitude and a strong desire to learn about HR and business operations.
  • High Level of Discretion:
    Must be trustworthy and able to handle confidential matters appropriately.
