About Company:

CareMD is a U.S.–based medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) company providing end-to-end billing, coding, and practice support services to healthcare providers.

Timings: 5:00pm - 1:00am

Location: Johar Town, Lahore

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and processing of employee payroll on a regular basis.
  • Collect, review, and validate employee time and attendance records for accuracy and completeness.
  • assist with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing as well as provide clerical support to all employees.
  • Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.
  • Providing clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
  • Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Maintain employee payroll records and update relevant information, such as new hires, terminations, salary changes, and deductions.
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related matters in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and personal information at all times.
  • Recognizing the manpower needs and taking them to the HR manager for approval.
  • Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms.
  • Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules.
  • Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates.
  • Managing and handling the orientation of new employees.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of operational experience in the HR .
  • Strong interpersonal skills, effective relationship-building, and an easygoing personality.
  • Strong analytical abilities, enabling the organization to build decisions on data-driven insights.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace, multi-tasking, and deadline-oriented environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
