Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Warehouse Management (Approx. 60% of time)

  • Shopify Order Fulfillment: Manage the end-to-end processing of all Shopify orders, including order verification, picking, packing, and generating shipping labels to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers.
  • Warehouse Organization & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized warehouse environment. Ensure all products are logically stored and easily accessible to maintain efficient picking and packing processes.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels and movement. Utilize Odoo inventory management software to track stock, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies. (Full training on Odoo will be provided.)
  • Data Management: Utilize Google Sheets and Google Drive for tracking sales data, inventory logs, and other critical business documentation, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.

Product Photography & Digital Assets (Approx. 40% of time)

  • Product Photography: Capture high-quality, professional product photos (both on-white and lifestyle shots) for our e-commerce site and marketing materials, adhering to brand guidelines and style.
  • Image Editing: Perform basic image editing, retouching, and cropping to ensure all product images are optimized for web use.
  • Asset Management: Organize, rename, and archive all digital photo assets in a clear and logical structure within Google Drive.
  • Product Listing Support: Assist the team with uploading photos and creating/updating product listings on the Shopify platform.
