Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chef with a strong background in fast food preparation and proven experience working in notable or well-known fast food brands in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have expertise in crafting pizzas, chicken and beef burgers, wraps, and broast, with the creativity to design exclusive signature recipes that set our brand apart.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of fast food items including pizzas, chicken burgers, beef burgers, wraps, and broast to high-quality standards.
  • Design, test, and introduce special signature recipes and innovative menu items based on food trends and customer preferences.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all menu items.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the kitchen at all times.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and reduce food wastage.
  • Work closely with management to plan and update menus seasonally or for promotions.
  • Train and guide kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor food preparation times to ensure fast service without compromising quality.
  • Stay updated on fast food industry trends, flavors, and cooking techniques.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Chef in a reputable fast food brand or restaurant in Pakistan (e.g., OPTP, McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut,Cheezious, Hardee's, etc.).
  • Formal culinary education or relevant certification is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of pizza dough preparation, burger patties (chicken & beef), wrap fillings, and broast marination techniques.
  • Creativity and passion for developing unique, signature recipes.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a high-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs100,000.00 per month
