Restaurant Operations Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily activities of our restaurant. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and an ability to make strategic decisions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the restaurant's operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. The role involves planning menus with chefs, supervising food preparation, controlling portion sizes, maximizing bar profitability, and hiring, training, and scheduling food service personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with chefs to develop and implement menu plans that meet customer expectations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of food quality.
  • Monitor inventory levels, manage supplies, and minimize waste to optimize profit margins.
  • Direct the recruitment, training, and development of food service staff to improve performance and productivity.
  • Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive relationships.
  • Implement strategies to improve sales, increase revenue, and enhance the overall dining experience.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and promote teamwork.
