Role Description
The Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales operations, including identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing tailored solutions for customers. Daily tasks include creating and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing client accounts, and leading a sales team towards achieving targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore, requiring a collaborative and customer-focused approach to generate sales growth and maintain client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Sales and negotiation skills, with experience in building and maintaining client relationships
- Strategic planning and development of sales strategies
- Market research and data analysis to identify potential opportunities
- Leadership and team management to guide and inspire a sales team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software is an advantage
- Previous experience in the commercial kitchen or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
