Business Development Associate B2B Lead Generation

Hello Candidates,
We are seeking a Business Development Associate for B2B Lead Generation. The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Research: Build targeted B2B lead lists across priority verticals; verify contacts (titles, emails, phone, location, service fit) with 95%+ accuracy using multiple sources (LinkedIn, company sites, tools, directories).
- Qualification & Outreach: Run multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) with clear value propositions (occupational health, on-site flu shots, after-hours care, rapid testing, telehealth).
- Pipeline & Meetings: Book discovery calls and demos for the Closer and stakeholders; own your weekly meetings set and SQL targets.
- Partnerships: Identify and develop corporate partnerships with companies, educational institutions, and healthcare networks; manage relationship growth and renewals.
- Campaign Execution: Launch and iterate outreach sequences, A/B test messaging, and optimize open, reply, and meeting rates.
- Reporting: Provide weekly reports on activity, proposals, win rate, pipeline health, and revenue impact.
- Compliance: Uphold HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards in all communications and data handling.
