JOB ROLE
We are seeking an experienced
HR Operations Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in human resources and operations management. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth HR processes, and providing support for HR-related tasks
THE LOCATION:
G-8/1, Islamabad
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and setting up systems access.
- Oversee the offboarding process, ensuring exit interviews, documentation, and final settlements are completed on time.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, employment history, and benefits information.
- Update HR databases and manage employee information in HRIS systems.
- Generate HR-related reports and assist in compiling data for audits or internal reviews.
- Assist in preparing payroll by gathering attendance, overtime, and leave data.
- Ensure that all HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain employee contracts, offer letters, and other relevant documents.
- Support the HR team in addressing compliance-related issues and audits.
- Assist in resolving any employee queries related to benefits and assist in claim processing.
- Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees' HR-related inquiries and issues.
- Assist in handling employee concerns and grievances and escalate matters to senior HR staff if necessary.
- Participate in HR projects related to process improvements, employee engagement, and performance management.
- Provide administrative support for ongoing HR initiatives.
QUALIFICATION:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in payroll management and benefits administration is an advantage.
