Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and SOPs.
  • Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure accurate salary, benefits, and deductions.
  • Lead HRIS implementation, configuration, and ongoing optimization.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy, reporting, and compliance with labor laws.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payroll audits and statutory compliance (EOBI, tax, etc.).
  • Generate HR analytics and operational reports for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7–8 years of HR Operations experience
    (4–5years in a managerial role).
  • Must have:
    HR Operations, Policy Development, Payroll Management, HRIS Implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and HR documentation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
