AI Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced
AI Product Manager
to lead the development and delivery of AI- powered products and solutions. You will bridge the gap between business objectives, customer needs, and technical capabilities driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of products leveraging machine learning (ML), large language models (LLMs), and other AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-driven products and features.

Identify opportunities for applying AI/ML to solve customer problems and enhance business processes.

Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, feasibility, and customer value.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with engineering, data science, and design teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and align on objectives.

Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clear understanding of product goals.

3. AI/ML Integration & Delivery

Collaborate with AI engineers to evaluate model performance, scalability, and deployment strategies. Define success metrics and monitor product performance to inform improvements.

Ensure responsible AI practices, including data privacy, fairness, and ethical considerations.

4. Market Research & Customer Insights

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities in the AI landscape.

Gather customer feedback and insights to guide product decisions and validate assumptions.

Stay informed on emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks to maintain a competitive edge.

5. Execution & Life Cycle Management

Lead product planning, backlog prioritization, and sprint management.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from ideation and prototyping to launch and iteration.

Present product updates, roadmaps, and KPIs to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

Proven experience as a Product Manager (3+ years), preferably in AI, ML, or data-driven products. Familiarity with machine learning workflows, LLMs, or AI platforms.

Experience collaborating with engineering and data science teams to deliver technical products. Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product development processes.

Skills:

Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language. Strong analytical skills to define and monitor KPIs and product performance. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)

Experience with prompt engineering or AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain). Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps best practices.

Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and ethical AI considerations. Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
