We're looking for a Digital Performance Marketing Manager who can take charge of paid marketing campaigns, optimize ad performance, and lead our overall marketing growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, launch, and scale Meta Ads campaigns ensuring high ROAS.
  • Design and refine conversion funnels to improve sales performance.
  • Execute campaigns aligned with inventory updates and promotions.
  • Supervise content and design teams to develop impactful ad creatives.
  • Coordinate with developers to enhance CRO and website performance.
  • Analyze marketing metrics such as ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, and CPM.
  • Conduct market and competitor research, preparing monthly performance plans.

Requirements

  • Proven experience handling large-scale ad budgets (7–8 figures PKR/month).
  • Expertise in Meta Ads is essential; knowledge of Google Ads, Email, or WhatsApp marketing is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce operations and stock cycles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data and deadlines.
  • Leadership skills to manage creative and technical teams effectively.
