Job Description:

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed, and dynamic female receptionist to be the first point of contact at our company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to relevant departments.

  • Maintain visitor logs and handle correspondence.

  • Provide administrative support to the management team.

  • Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good command of English & Urdu (written and spoken).

  • Computer literacy (MS Office, email handling).

  • Pleasant personality and professional demeanor.

  • Experience: 1-2 years preferred (fresh candidates may also apply).
