Outbound Sales Executive- Night Shift

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to proactively reach out to potential customers, generate leads, and close sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. This role involves cold calling, email outreach, and following up with prospects to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to generate leads and set appointments.
- Identify and qualify potential customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using persuasive techniques.
- Maintain a high call/email volume to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Track and update customer interactions in the CRM system for follow-ups and reporting.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Handle objections effectively and provide solutions to encourage sales.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call targets, conversion rates, and revenue goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1+ years in outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may be considered).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Persuasion: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and handle rejection positively.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Preferred (But Not Required):
- Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, B2B, real estate].
- Familiarity with sales automation tools (e.g., Outreach, SalesLoft).
