What You'll Do

  • Edit
    YouTube videos
    (8–12 min long-form + short-form clips) with strong pacing, engaging storytelling, and smooth transitions.
  • Work on
    faceless automation videos
    , branded business content, and creator channels.
  • Add
    captions, graphics, motion design, and thumbnails
    that boost CTR and retention.
  • Apply YouTube SEO knowledge: optimize intros, hooks, CTAs, and end screens for higher watch-time.
  • Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines.
  • Stay updated on
    YouTube trends, editing styles, and viral content formats
    .

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a
    YouTube Video Editor
    (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects (or Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve).
  • Strong sense of
    storytelling, pacing, and retention editing
    .
  • Understanding of
    YouTube SEO, thumbnails, titles, and algorithm trends
    .
  • Ability to adapt styles (documentary, educational, cinematic, faceless automation).
  • Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
