Role Overview:

The Junior Marketing Executive will be responsible for creating, editing, and designing engaging content for our digital platforms, particularly focusing on employer branding on LinkedIn and Instagram. This role is perfect for someone with a creative flair, a strong eye for design, and the ability to produce content that drives both engagement and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, edit, and produce high-quality marketing content, including posts, reels, stories, and carousels for LinkedIn & Instagram.
  • Collaborate with the HR and Marketing teams to create impactful employer branding campaigns.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates to keep our content relevant and engaging.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to attract and engage top talent.
  • Analyze content performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
  • Maintain an organized content calendar for LinkedIn & Instagram.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Design, or related field.
  • Proficiency in design and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar).
  • Strong content editing and storytelling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of employer branding concepts and strategies.
  • Understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram content trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience in video editing for reels and short-form content.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools.
  • Understanding of SEO for social media.
