Role Description

We are looking for a Solutions Architect with proven expertise in designing and delivering

enterprise-grade solutions for Telecom B2B/EBU customers
for an on-site role in Riyadh, Saudia Arabia
. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in Java/Spring Boot microservices, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native deployments, along with hands-on knowledge of Kafka, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, and Kubernetes. This role requires not just technical depth, but also domain expertise in Telecom B2B/Enterprise Business Unit (EBU), including areas such as

connectivity, customer experience platforms (CXP), CPaaS, and IoT.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and validate end-to-end enterprise solutions for Telecom B2B/EBU customers, spanning connectivity, CXP , IoT, cloud, and security services.
  • Architect and oversee the implementation of microservices-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.
  • Define solution blueprints, integration patterns, and system roadmaps aligned with enterprise and telecom standards (e.g., TMF Open APIs, GSMA).
  • Ensure seamless integration with OSS/BSS systems (CRM, Billing, Order Management, Service Assurance).
  • Collaborate with enterprise clients, business stakeholders, and delivery teams to translate requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver proof-of-concepts, pilots, and enterprise rollouts.
  • Implement best practices in performance, scalability, multi-tenancy, and security (IAM, OAuth2, JWT).
  • Support the full lifecycle: requirement analysis, architecture design, technical governance, and post-deployment optimization.
  • Mentor development teams and enforce architecture principles, coding standards, and DevOps practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in solution architecture.
  • Proven experience in Telecom B2B/EBU domain (enterprise services, CPaaS, IoT, CX
  • platforms).
  • Strong background in Java (11/17/21), Spring Boot, and microservices design
  • patterns.
  • Deep knowledge of Apache Kafka (event streaming, real-time integration).
  • Proficiency with databases: PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis etc
  • Solid expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native deployments.
  • Strong grasp of API-first architecture, REST, and TMF Open APIs (TMF-620, TMF-622, TMF-641, TMF-681, .. etc).
  • Experience with enterprise integration: ESB, API gateways, IAM systems (Keycloak, OAuth2).
  • Demonstrated ability to work with CIO/CTO-level stakeholders and lead technical discussions.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.

The ideal candidate will have successfully delivered at least three production projects & having EBU business experience.
