Job Summary:

We're looking for a dynamic and proactive Branch Manager
to lead daily operations, manage client relationships, and oversee accounts and facility management at our coworking space. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, and capable of driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and branch growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Lead, train, and supervise the operations team.
  • Manage client onboarding, retention, and community engagement.
  • Handle financial operations including invoicing, payroll, and reporting.
  • Maintain accurate accounting and CRM records (QuickBooks experience preferred).
  • Ensure workspace upkeep and coordinate with vendors for maintenance.
  • Monitor occupancy, revenue, and member engagement metrics.
  • Support marketing, sales, and client acquisition initiatives.
  • Prepare regular performance and financial reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operations, hospitality, or coworking management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and CRM tools.
  • Ability to multitask, manage teams, and build client relationships.
