Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Developer (Upwork & Freelancer Specialist) to handle our agency Upwork profiles, apply for and respond to Upwork jobs, deliver compelling sales pitches, and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will excel in technical sales, client handling, and managing sales calls, especially with clients sourced through cold email outreach. This role will collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver tailored data engineering and analytics solutions that drive business growth.

Qualifications


• Experience applying for and managing Upwork and freelancing platform jobs


• Strong technical sales and client engagement skills


• Expertise in client relationship management and customer service


• Comfortable with sales calls and meetings initiated through cold outreach


• Skilled in agency Upwork profile management and lead generation on freelancing platforms


• Effective communicator with strong negotiation skills


• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and well-organized


• Background in IT, software development, data engineering, or technology sales preferred


• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus
