Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Representative. The Customer Support Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing effective solutions, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include handling customer service requests, troubleshooting issues, maintaining communication with customers, and delivering exceptional support.
