Role Overview

The
Senior Project Engineer
will oversee and manage the planning, execution, and supervision of
road, infrastructure, and building-related construction works
— including roads, drainage systems, sewerage networks, overhead water tanks, and associated civil structures. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and experience working in
large-scale housing or development projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction activities for roads, drainage, sewerage, utilities, and building works.
  • Review design drawings, BOQs, and technical documents to ensure alignment with project specifications.
  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and on-site challenges.
  • Oversee quality assurance, cost control, and adherence to project timelines.
  • Monitor material usage, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with HSE and quality standards.
  • Prepare progress reports, work schedules, and technical documentation for project tracking and approvals.
  • Assist the Project Manager in project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all engineering works comply with PEC standards and local regulations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be a registered engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
    (Mandatory requirement)
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience
    in
    roads, infrastructure, and building works
    .
  • Experience in
    housing societies or large-scale real estate developments
    will be a strong advantage.
  • Proven experience in
    road works, drainage, sewerage, utility networks, and overhead water tank construction.
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD, MS Project
    , and other construction management tools.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
