Position Overview

Khaas Foods is looking for energetic and results-driven On-field SDRs to represent our brand, generate leads, close sales, and build strong relationships in the Lahore market. The role involves direct selling in both B2B and B2C segments, making it ideal for ambitious sales professionals passionate about premium food products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily on-field visits to supermarkets, grocery stores, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and residential areas to generate leads and close deals.
  • Present and explain product features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of product knowledge and competitive positioning.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets set by the BDM.
  • Gather market intelligence on pricing, competitor products, and promotional activities.
  • Participate in brand activations, food fairs, and sampling events.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but intermediate education with strong sales skills will be considered.
  • 3–5 years of sales experience in FMCG, food, or beverage industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Must be Lahore-based and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
