Ringo Media is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Strategist with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms to join our innovative team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to maximize performance.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to improve ROI, conversions, and cost-efficiency.
  • Set up and manage tracking and attribution using Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Meta Business Manager.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative teams on ad copy, visuals, and A/B testing to improve performance.
  • Manage budgets and bids to achieve maximum ROI within allocated spend.
  • Stay updated on platform trends, features, and algorithm changes to keep campaigns competitive.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proven track record of achieving strong ROI and performance KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
  • Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Manager for tracking and attribution.
  • Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration and ad copy development.

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary: Rs. 60,000 - Rs. 140,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
