Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure including networks, email, systems, cameras, website, and attendance machines. Provides technical support to staff and ensures secure, efficient IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot network systems.
  • Create and manage employee email accounts.
  • Administer network hardware/software and ensure security.
  • Handle Windows servers, updates, backups, and maintenance.
  • Manage security camera systems.
  • Oversee website updates and security.
  • Provide IT support, setup, and staff training.
  • Maintain documentation and generate performance/security reports.
  • Configure and manage attendance systems with port forwarding.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  • 3+ years' experience in IT support & network administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, networking, camera systems, and websites.
  • Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time; occasional evening/weekend work may be required.
  • Must handle moderately heavy IT equipment when needed.
