We are currently seeking a resource to join our team and spearhead analytics initiatives that drive meaningful business insights. This position is ideal for a highly analytical, technically skilled professional with a passion for turning complex data into clear, actionable information that supports strategic decision-making.

You will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of dashboards, reports, and predictive models using tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar platforms. You will manage the integration of data from diverse sources, including SAP, Microsoft 365, and SharePoint, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across all analytics outputs.

Working closely with both IT and business teams, you will align analytics strategies with organizational goals, promoting best practices in data governance, visualization, and the application of AI/ML technologies. Your leadership in analytics projects, as well as your guidance to team members, will be essential in delivering high-impact solutions that support operational and strategic objectives.

To succeed in this role, you should have hands-on experience with leading BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or SAP Analytics Cloud), as well as strong skills in SQL, DAX, and either Python or R. Experience with SAP HANA, Azure Data Services, or big data platforms will be considered a strong asset. Relevant certifications in Microsoft or SAP analytics tools are preferred.
