Position Title:
Assistant Manager – ECOM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance and activities of key e-commerce customers and accounts.
  • Ensure timely data visibility and reporting to Sales and Operations teams.
  • Conduct critical analytics to identify gaps and recommend corrective measures.
  • Coordinate effectively with the network and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track e-commerce KPIs (sales trends, fulfillment performance, and customer experience metrics) to support business growth.
  • Support development and implementation of process improvements for better efficiency and service quality.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration, or a related field).
  • Experience:
    Minimum
    2 years of relevant experience
    in e-commerce, sales operations, or data analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data visualization tools will be an added advantage.
