Position Overview:

The E-Commerce Executive will assist in managing daily e-commerce operations, product listings, digital coordination, and communication between departments. The role requires a hands-on individual with strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to ensure smooth workflow and operational efficiency across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the online store(s), ensuring product listings, pricing, and stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Coordinate with the UK head office and cross-functional teams (Marketing, Design, Logistics, and Customer Support) for seamless execution of tasks.
  • Monitor order fulfilment processes, returns, and customer satisfaction levels to maintain high service standards.
  • Support the E-Commerce Manager in task management, calendar scheduling, follow-ups, and progress tracking.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly reports, dashboards, and performance summaries related to sales, traffic, and campaign results.
  • Assist in planning online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal updates.
  • Upload, optimize, and maintain product listings across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.).
  • Ensure product descriptions, tags, and visuals align with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with design and marketing teams for creative assets and promotional updates.
  • Track KPIs including conversion rates, customer engagement, and website performance.
  • Provide insights and suggestions to improve sales and enhance user experience.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce Operations, preferably within the sportswear, fashion, or retail sector.
  • Proficiency with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, SEO basics, and order management systems is a plus.
