Job Overview:

We're currently looking for skilled and passionate cooks specializing in BBQ, Handi, Karahi, and Roll preparation. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in traditional and restaurant-style cooking. They will be responsible for maintaining food quality, taste, and hygiene standards. This role ensures timely preparation and presentation of dishes to deliver an excellent dining experience.

Roll Chef Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook various types of rolls (paratha rolls, shawarma rolls, etc.) according to standard recipes.
  • Ensure proper seasoning, flavor, and presentation of food.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking area.
  • Monitor stock of ingredients and inform management for replenishment.
  • Follow food safety and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and service.

BBQ Chef Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and grill a variety of BBQ items such as tikka, kababs, and steaks.
  • Marinate meat according to standard recipes and ensure consistent taste.
  • Operate and maintain grills, skewers, and BBQ equipment safely.
  • Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure perfect grilling.
  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in the BBQ area.
  • Check the quality of meat and ingredients before use.

Handi Chef Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in preparing traditional handi dishes (chicken, mutton, or beef handi).
  • Cook curries and gravies with proper texture and taste as per restaurant standards.
  • Ensure correct use of spices and ingredients to maintain flavor consistency.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow hygiene protocols.
  • Manage time effectively for dine-in and takeaway orders.
  • Ensure fresh and high-quality ingredients are used in preparation.

Karahi Chef Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook various karahi dishes (chicken, mutton, beef, etc.) to perfection.
  • Manage wok/stove operations efficiently for high-heat cooking.
  • Maintain taste, aroma, and presentation of each karahi dish.
  • Ensure portion control and avoid food wastage.
  • Supervise kitchen helpers during meal preparation.
  • Keep cooking area and utensils clean and sanitized.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Intermediate preferred
  • Experience:Minimum 2–4 years of industry experience required

Skills:

  • Knowledge of bulk cooking methods and food preparation techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of spices, marination, and flavor balancing
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple orders
  • Basic knowledge of inventory and portion control
  • Experience in using grills, tandoors, and cooking equipment
