highly disciplined and experienced professional
to lead the
Admin & Site Operations
function at our Arifwala project.


Preference will be given to Army Officers retired at the rank of Major or above
, with relevant experience and strong leadership capabilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead all administrative and site operations at the Arifwala project site.
  • Manage the security department, ensuring vigilance, discipline, and coordination with law enforcement where needed
  • Supervise all maintenance, facility management, transport, janitorial, and support staff activities
  • Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the local mess, ensuring hygiene, discipline, and service standards
  • Handle all regulatory and compliance matters, including documentation, local authority interactions, and NOCs
  • Represent the organization in dealings with district management, municipal bodies, and community stakeholders
  • Maintain relationships and resolve issues with landowners and local community representatives
  • Enforce site-level SOPs, safety standards, and a culture of accountability


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience
    in administration or site operations (real estate/construction sector preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large teams and cross-departmental coordination.
  • Proven track record of handling compliance, safety, and site logistics.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and in field conditions.
  • Exceptional communication and reporting skills.
