Remote HR Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for skilled HR professionals who specialize in recruitment and talent sourcing. A major responsibility will be to source, screen, and hire Sales Closers who can convert qualified leads into paying clients.

This is a contract-based role via Upwork with a trial period.

Experience Required

  • Executive-Level Recruiter: 3–4 years in HR sourcing and recruitment
  • Manager-Level Recruiter: 5+ years of recruitment experience and 3+ years in training & team management
  • Proven track record in hiring sales professionals (closers preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing through LinkedIn, Fiverr, Upwork, and other channels

Key Responsibilities

  • Source high-quality profiles, especially Sales Closers
  • Screen and shortlist candidates for service roles
  • Coordinate interviews, group events, and onboarding sessions
  • Deliver bulk recruitment results (minimum 10 selections/day)

Expected Outcomes

  • Weekly shortlisted Sales Closer candidates ready for interviews
  • Consistent high-volume recruitment across multiple roles

Contract & Compensation

  • Contract Type: Milestone-based via Upwork
  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Trial Period: 3–5 days
  • Compensation: $100–$200 USD per week
  • Payment: Biweekly
