Job Description

We are hiring an experienced HR Recruiter with Project Management skills to join our remote team. This role requires managing recruitment processes end-to-end while also overseeing projects and leading teams to achieve hiring and performance goals. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on recruitment expertise with strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
  • Lead and manage recruitment projects across multiple departments
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies
  • Train and mentor recruitment team members (minimum 3 years of training experience required)
  • Manage teams and ensure KPIs and deadlines are consistently achieved (minimum 5 years of team management experience required)
  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of training experience
  • Minimum 5 years of team management experience
  • Proven track record in HR recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Fluent in English with a reliable internet connection

Contract & Payment Details

  • Contract Type: Milestone-based via Upwork
  • Work Mode: Remote
  • Trial Period: 3–5 days (unpaid)
  • Rate: $8/hr (further details discussed one-to-one)
  • Payment: Biweekly
  • Must align with CET hours
