Location: Johar town G4, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis:

Gather, cleanse, and analyse large datasets from various sources, including surveys, market research, sales data, and consumer behaviour reports. Utilise statistical techniques to analyse trends, patterns, and anomalies within data. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and data needs.

Insights Generation:

Convert data analysis into actionable business insights that can influence decision-making and strategy.Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings to senior management and stakeholders. Identify emerging trends in the market and customer behaviour to support the development of marketing and product strategies.

Reporting & Presentation:

Develop and deliver regular reports that summarise key findings, trends, and insights. Present insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, adapting the presentation style to suit the audience.

Market Research:

Conduct primary and secondary research to understand market conditions, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Collaborate with external research vendors and manage projects related to market intelligence and competitive analysis.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure insights are integrated into the business strategy. Support ad-hoc analysis requests from different departments to help solve business challenges.

Data Visualisation:

Use data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to present complex data in an easily digestible format. Ensure that reports and dashboards are interactive and user-friendly for business users.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven 1-2 years of experience as an Insights Analyst, Market Research Analyst, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and data analysis tools.
Experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
