Job Summary:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at , you will play a key role in driving online visibility, engagement, and lead generation. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, while collaborating closely with our design, content, and admissions teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to boost organic visibility and traffic
  • Manage social media content and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other tools
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
  • Collaborate with the creative team for compelling ad and content visuals
  • Monitor industry trends and propose innovative marketing ideas for lead generation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, and SEO best practices
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp or Zoho Campaigns

  • Experience in the education or edtech industry
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress or other CMS
  • Ability to edit visuals using Canva or Adobe tools
  • Understanding of student recruitment funnels and lead nurturing
