Business Development Executive

We are a growing digital agency offering a range of services including Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Video Editing. Our team works with clients worldwide to deliver creative, high-impact digital solutions. We're now looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base on freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads and sales for Web Development, SEO, SMM, and Video Editing services.
- Manage and optimize profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
- Write compelling proposals and communicate effectively with potential clients.
- Identify client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.
- Collaborate with the internal project team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Actively research and place compelling bids on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Write effective, humanized, and tailored proposals that genuinely address US clients' needs and convert leads into closed deals.
- Manage client communication during the Night Shift to align with US business hours.
What You'll Need:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in sales on Upwork and Fiverr (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and web-based services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to work in the Night Shift.
