We are a growing digital agency offering a range of services including Web Development, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Video Editing. Our team works with clients worldwide to deliver creative, high-impact digital solutions. We're now looking for a Business Development Executive who can help us expand our client base on freelance platforms like Upwork and Fiverr.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and sales for Web Development, SEO, SMM, and Video Editing services.
  • Manage and optimize profiles on Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write compelling proposals and communicate effectively with potential clients.
  • Identify client needs and tailor service offerings accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the internal project team to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Actively research and place compelling bids on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
  • Write effective, humanized, and tailored proposals that genuinely address US clients' needs and convert leads into closed deals.
  • Manage client communication during the Night Shift to align with US business hours.

What You'll Need:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in sales on Upwork and Fiverr (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and web-based services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to work in the Night Shift.
