Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Trade Execution Analyst to support trading operations by ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant execution of financial transactions. The role involves monitoring trades, analyzing market data, and collaborating with traders and operations teams to optimize execution quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and monitor trades across equities, fixed income, derivatives, or other financial instruments.
  • Ensure all trades comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and client instructions.
  • Analyze market data to support trade execution strategies and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with trading, operations, and risk management teams to resolve trade discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of trade activities and prepare reports for management or regulatory purposes.
  • Support process improvements and automation initiatives in trade execution workflows.
  • Assist in reconciliation, post-trade analysis, and daily operational reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and trading processes.
  • Proficiency with trading platforms, order management systems, and market data tools.
  • Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in trade execution, brokerage operations, or front-office support.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations (e.g., SEC, FINRA, MiFID II) and risk management practices.
  • Familiarity with algorithmic trading or electronic trading platforms.
