Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trade Marketing Executive located in Lahore. The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing day-to-day market planning, analysing market trends, and developing effective trade marketing strategies. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and marketing teams, managing trade promotions, and ensuring efficient communication across departments.
What we are looking for
- Ensure strong market presence and execution of company strategies (approx. 60% field time with Sales & Trade teams).
- Execute signage and branding activities as per brand guidelines and SOPs.
- Track and manage signage budgets, timelines, outlet-level expenses, and sales vs. projections.
- Maintain accurate signage records (soft and hard copies), ensuring proper documentation and ERP tracking (POs, PRs, Fact Sheets, reversals).
- Oversee vendor performance and ensure quality compliance.
- Monitor key market executions, brand rotations, and in-store visibility in coordination with Sales.
- Liaise with Accounts, Sales Services, and Internal Audit for timely payments, verifications, and reconciliations.
- Conduct market surveys for rate benchmarking and material cost rationalization.
- Manage event planning, execution, budget tracking, and asset utilization (RBL and general events).
- Lead internal and external audits related to trade marketing activities.
Success Factors
- Project & Time Management:
Throughout the year should expect to lead and execute different projects running simultaneously and must have solid project management, prioritization and communication skills.
- Salesmanship/Ownership:
Presenting strategies and ideas to Sales & KAMs Teams is a common occurrence in this role. Must be able to build excitement and secure commitment for these ideas will excel & PPT.
- Analytics Ability:
Take ownership and management of developing, maintaining and streamlining the ROI process of all Shopper Marketing programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing/Sales/Management or related field with 2-4 year's relevant experience preferably in FMCG sector

- Strong understanding of market analysis and marketing tools & techniques
- Proven leadership, communication, and people management abilities
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
